2006 N Level Mathematics Paper 2

Dear 2006 4NA pupils,

Colour code:
Blue : very likely to be tested
Green : Maybe will be tested
Red: No need to study le

Please focus on the following topics for your paper 2 this coming Friday:

1. Trigonometry ( TAO-CAH-SOH, sine rule, cosine rule, bearings, etc.)
2. Circle properties ( to name some: opp angles of cyclic quad, angle in semi-circle, angles in same segment and more... )
3. Graph ( general, distance-time, speed-time)
4. Simple algebra (make subject, factorisation of quadratic expressions, solving equations, especially quadratic equations, simple manipulation of algebra, etc.)
5. Mensuration (volume, surface area, concentrate on rectangular and triangular type, most likely won't be circular type any more since there is one in paper one)

1. number pattern
2. standard form
3. stem & leaf or dot diagram
4. transformation
5. similarity & congruency

Topics no need to study any more:
1. histogram, pie chart
2. coordinate geometry
